〔記者吳正庭／金門報導〕金門縣警察局刑事警察大隊今天宣佈，日前跨海台中偵破1起以辦公大樓販賣水晶飾品為掩護的賭博網站，該站詐騙仍不忘人員防疫分流，當場查獲電腦35台、手機20支、筆記型電腦5台等證物，並將粘姓負責人等19人逮捕到案，統計該假投資博弈詐欺網站獲利超過16億元，全案將在近日收尾後依賭博罪嫌移由台灣台中地方檢察署偵辦。
金門刑大表示，刑大科技犯罪偵查組根據地區民眾於假投資博奕詐欺網站遭詐騙案後向上溯源，發現犯嫌透過LINE等手機社羣平台，號稱全新引進獨家「循環式獲利法」吸引賭客下注，等存入一定金額，立刻修改賭博網站後端程式，使賭客誤以為該賭博網站贏率高、再加碼投注金額；等賭客準備要提領賭金時，即以拖延戰術延遲出金，賭客一旦發現遭詐騙，該網站立刻將賭客退出LINE羣組並封鎖好友。
金門刑大報請台中地檢署檢察官洪佳業指揮偵辦，經過長期監控，發現該集團十分狡猾，除租用某科技大樓辦公室，以販賣水晶飾品為掩護，實際在內從事博弈及詐欺，又剛好遇上武漢肺炎（新型冠狀病毒疾病，COVID-19）疫情3級警戒，為避免至該網站上班人數過多引來他人舉報羣聚，還將犯罪地點1分為2，租用另一地點將「上班」的集團成員分流。
刑大見時機熟，8月24日會同警政署刑事警察局偵查第6大隊第3隊、台中市政府警察局刑事警察大隊、烏日分局、大甲分局、大雅分局、苗慄縣警察局刑事警察大隊及保一總隊維安特勤隊執行搜索，查扣犯案用手機及電腦等贓證物，將負責人粘嫌等19人逮捕到案。
刑大表示，法務部憂心博弈業者透過線上遊戲牟取暴利，已成黑幫新興獲利趨勢，衍生跨境詐欺、洗錢、組織犯罪等問題；縣警局配合針對此類型犯罪打擊不法，期能斬斷犯罪集團收入來源。
金門刑大副大隊董紀宏説，近來盛行假借提供精準預測線上賭博平台之 「明牌」，其實都是詐騙賭客的手法。疫情期間許多人為找工作而應徵賭博機房工作，但凡是拉客、客服、設計及維護賭博網站或美工人員，一旦被逮，都將成為共犯。
